The 510F.I.T. class is a 60 minute small group training class that has five, 10 minute Focused Interval Training segments. Each 10 minute segment is its own group of exercises with a specific training goal.
There are 3 different 510F.I.T. options to choose from. Weekday Warrior focuses on sports performance training for adults where speed, agility and injury prevention are key segments of training. Recovery and Mobility focuses on flexibility, balance a core training that can be used as recovery from a hard workout or aide in everyday fitness. Strength and Conditioning will focus on power, strength and conditioning in a circuit format.
