Youth Sports Performance
For athletes of who are participating in sports, this program will offer technical and functional strength, speed and agility training to maximize their athletic potential. Athletes will be taken through an assessment process to identify areas of strengths and weakness’. In the training sessions they will then work to increase their strengths and decrease their weakness’ through training that emphasizes proper technique, body alignment and force production.
Adult Sports Performance
For those weekend warriors out there this adult sports performance program will make sure you don’t end up on the IR come Monday. Train to be faster, stronger and more mobile while preventing injury. Training will be customized based on your needs, goals and the demands of your sport.
