Youth Sports Performance
For athletes who are participating in sports, this program will offer technical and functional strength, speed and agility training to maximize their athletic potential. Athletes will be taken through an assessment process to identify areas of strengths and weakness’. In the training sessions they will then work to increase their strengths and decrease their weakness’ through training that emphasizes proper technique, body alignment and force production. Pursuit will run groups at specific times throughout the year, but you can also work with a Sports Performance coach on an individual basis or set-up your own group at anytime.
