Training athletes to be at the top of their game when it matters can be a very daunting task. Knowing the demands of the sport and when the athlete needs to peak are great starting points, but there are so many other factors and variables that will make the program design more effective. This workshop will help the participant understand all aspects of periodization so that they can design a training program for their athletes that will maximize their potential when it counts.
